Co-Founder, Marc Falsetto is a hospitality expert with over 20 years of experience. Graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in finance with a specialization in real estate. Falsetto specializes in business operations, management and training, menu development and venue layout and design. Falsetto was recently nominated for “Entrepreneur of the Year” from the South Florida Business Journal, “Top 40 under 40” as well as “Up & Comer of the Year” in the hospitality field. His attention to detail and passion for the business truly separates him from anyone else in the industry.
Co-Founder, Chuck as he is known hails from Spain but has lived most of his life in South Florida. Spending most of his career working a financial consultant for several multinational money management firms, including Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, Chuck has what it takes to get the “deal” done. Hazlett specializes in restaurant and hospitality acquisitions, lease negotiations, capital partnerships, strategic growth and expansion strategies.
Robbyns Martinez is the corporate chef of J.E.Y Hospitality Group. Martinez teamed up with restaurateur Marc Falsetto in 2010 and created the menu for ROK BRGR, which has won numerous awards and has been recognized on a national level. Robbyns is fulfilling his passion by sourcing local produce and sustainable ingredients and has created two diverse menus that feature modern takes on American and global comfort foods. He has won many accolades including 2010 “best burger in South Florida” on channel 10 news, 2011 & 2012 Riverwalk Trust Burger Battle winner, 2011 “Best New Restaurant in Broward,” 2011, 2012,2013 top 50 restaurants in South Florida and 2013 “top 10 Burgers in the USA.” Robbyns has also competed in the SOBE Food and Wine Festival in Miami in the famous Burger Bash. His food has brought life back to “Himmarshee Village.” Everyday he strives to be different and is always evolving the menus to change with the seasons.
As a Financial Controller for JEY Hospitality Group, LLC, Jorge Moreno oversees a staff of 300 in human resources administration, cash management, accounting reporting services and tax compliance. His emphasis is on systems of internal controls and full financial reporting, planning and budgeting; including corporate growth and structure. He Possesses degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from C.U.C. and Florida College.
Jorge is an experienced Finance leader who began his career with Chicken Kitchen in 1999 as a Corporate Controller. After several years working in finance in the Hospitality industry for companies like Doral Park Country Club and D'Angelo Restaurant Group, he joined JEY Hospitality Group LLC, in February 2015.
Matt is a hospitality and nightlife veteran that hails from New Jersey. Graduating from University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing paired with his extensive experience in promotions and grass roots marketing, Matt is known in the industry as a pioneer and leader in his field. Walsh specializes in brand development, strategic marketing, social media and graphic design. He continues to grow and educate himself by traveling the globe to stay on top of the current industry trends and always evolving food scene.
Julia is a Nova Southeastern Graduate with extensive experience and knowledge in the hospitality field. Julia truly knows the ins and outs of the business. She specializes in all aspects of financial controls, day to day operations and assists in managing over 300 employees. With extreme passion and attention to detail she is truly a master at her craft.
